Built using Sub Zero's DuoShield panel technology, these reefers feature metal skins on both sides - an external layer of PPGI (Pre-Painted Galvanised Iron) and an internal layer of food-safe plastisol-coated steel - with a rigid insulated core in between.

AluFlow is Sub Zero's advanced aluminium extrusion flooring system engineered for strength, hygiene, and efficient airflow inside refrigerated bodies. The floor is constructed using precision aluminium extrusions with a corrugated profile that allows air to circulate freely beneath the cargo, supporting uniform temperature distribution.
The aluminium extrusions interlock along the length of the box, creating a continuous, rigid floor structure. At the periphery, the flooring connects with the kick plates and is fully welded, forming a sealed and leak-proof floor assembly.
The kick plates themselves are fixed to the side walls, ensuring a strong mechanical connection between the floor and the box structure. This integrated construction prevents water ingress, eliminates weak joints, and significantly improves overall box rigidity.
