Sub Zero began its journey in 2015 as an offshoot of the pioneering commercial vehicle body building like refrigerated trucks and container company Jayanand Khira, established in 1949. The Khira Group is widely recognized in the Indian market and has been manufacturing refrigerated vehicle bodies since 1985. Taking this expertise forward, Sub Zero brought in world-class reefer box manufacturing technology from Israel with a focus to provide high quality products at a competitive price designed especially for the Indian market. Sub Zero introduced composite sandwich panels using GRP which provides multiple advantages such as making the bodies lightweight, ensuring longer product life, no corrosion issues and better aesthetic. Customers benefit through increased payloads, better fuel efficiency and reduced running of the refrigeration unit.
GRP Reefer Boxes
These boxes are specially designed to maximise carrying capacity. Manufactured with cutting edge light weight material imported from Germany, these boxes offer many advantages such as better aesthetic, improved fuel efficiency, anti corrosive properties and several more.
MS Reefer Container
Manufactured with MS corrugated sheets on exterior and plastisol coated sheets for interior, these containers are extremely heavy duty. The corrugated outer sheets make the construction very robust in case of an accident.
These engineered sandwich panels are the basis for the reliability of our refrigerated truck bodies. The vapour diffusion-tight metal skins prevent the absorption of moisture, hence retaining the cooling efficiency.
PPGI Metal Boxes
These boxes are manufactured with PPGI metal exterior and plastisol coated sheets on the inner walls. The roof for these boxes is with GRP inner and outer. PPGI exterior makes it very durable to impacts and accidents and plastisol coated sheets on inner walls offer anti bacterial and food safe properties.
